Jasen Fears graduated from the New York University School of Law in 2017. Jasen’s practice has focused on a broad range of commercial disputes including real estate litigation, M&A disputes, shareholder litigation, white collar investigations, and various regulatory matters. He has also represented clients in pro bono criminal defense and immigration matters. Prior to joining Muchmore & Associates PLLC, Jasen practiced at a large international law firm and a national litigation boutique.
