Brandon Maxwell graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2021, where he served as an Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and as a Member of the Texas Business Law Society. He joined the firm upon graduation and passage of the New York State bar examination. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a prominent litigation boutique in Texas. Since joining the firm, he has litigated a wide array of commercial issues ranging from application of accretion clauses in union contracts, recovery of delay costs and disputed change order claims on public works construction projects, and fiduciary and contractual duties of co-owners of closely held corporate entities.
